RIP Eco on NRK's Helgemorgen - Burial customs in Change

RIP Eco på NRKs Helgemorgen – Gravskikker i Endring

We are very happy to have been featured in a 15-minute feature on NRK's program Helgemorgen , both on radio and TV, where the focus was on changing burial customs. The program looked at how sustainable and innovative solutions play an increasingly important role in modern funeral care. The feature included reflections from industry experts such as Lars Svanholm from Svanholm & Vigdal Gravferd, Stig Lægdene, provost in Tromsø, and Kari Anne Flaa, new head of the Graveyard Association.

For RIP Eco, it was extra nice that our Vannstein memorial was mentioned in the program. In her concluding remarks, Kari Anne Flaa highlighted how sustainable solutions, such as Vannstein, which is made from recycled material and collects rainwater, can contribute to a greener future. This kind of attention from a public channel like NRK shows an increased interest in environmentally friendly memorials and inspires us to continue our work to integrate sustainability into all aspects of funerals.

See the full feature on NRK for more insight into how burial customs are changing and how we at RIP Eco contribute to this development. A shorter clip here.
