Payment for our services can be made using the payment service Vipps with Visa and Mastercard, which offers secure and simple payment by card or Vipps.

We reserve the right to any changes in price and terms, but will always inform the customer of this in advance.

4. Right of withdrawal

As a consumer, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of agreeing to the service. If you wish to make use of the right of cancellation, you must notify us of this within the 14-day deadline. If you have already had a product delivered or a service performed by us, any costs that have already been incurred in connection with production, transport and service performance will be deducted from the refund. The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are specially made or services that have already been performed.

5. Complaint deadline

As a consumer, you have the right to advertise services provided by us for up to 2 years after purchase.

6. Disclaimer

We are not responsible for damages that occur as a result of natural conditions, such as weather and ageing. We also do not accept responsibility for damages caused by incorrect use of our services.
